This comprehensive one-day workshop will equip therapy professionals and teams with the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate the EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) process and prepare for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Tribunals.

Through practical insights, discussions, activities, real-life examples, and expert guidance, participants will gain a deeper understanding of key concepts and essential SEND law. The workshop focuses on preventing issues, implementing best practices to optimise assessment and report-writing time, setting person-centred outcomes, and ensuring that effective, evidence-based therapy provision is clearly articulated in EHCPs for children and young people with SEND.
